My snap judgment was that the price seemed fair and the quality was better than I expected. No complaints so far.

This was easy to apply and didn’t take long at all, which I appreciated. The weird part is, if you use even a little too much, it can get messy fast, and I had to go back and fix a few spots. Overall, it’s not bad, but it wasn’t quite as smooth or effortless as I was expecting

Ordered from REFY and, umm, I wasn’t expecting the pigmentation to be that strong. You really don’t need much at all because it shows up fast, and it blends out nicely too. I’ve been reaching for it most days now and I’m really happy with it.

I’m usually a little cautious with makeup because I don’t like anything that feels too heavy or makes my skin look cakey, but this actually looked really clean on me. The finish was natural while still making me feel put together, which I liked. It did take me a bit longer to blend than I expected, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but once I got it right, it looked really nice.

I really like being able to see what’s in everything before I buy it. It makes shopping feel a lot easier and more reassuring.

My order from refybeauty.com arrived quickly, and most of what I ordered was correct, so I’ll give them credit for that. But one of the shades was different from what I picked, which was really frustrating because that’s kind of the whole point when buying makeup online.

I emailed customer service and they did respond, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but if this happens again I’d probably start ordering from somewhere else, because I don’t want to keep worrying about whether my order will be right.

It looks nice when I first put it on, I’ll give it that, but the wear time is really disappointing. By midday it’s already fading on me, especially if I’m busy, and that’s frustrating. I expected better, and it feels like the product just doesn’t hold up the way it should...

I ordered a lip liner and gloss from Refy and I’m really pleased with both. The liner goes on smoothly and doesn’t feel dry or like it’s dragging, which is something I’ve had with other liners and find so avoidable.
The gloss is lovely too, not overly sticky, and it actually lasted better than I expected. I still had a bit of colour left after having coffee. Delivery was straightforward, everything was packaged nicely, and I’d definitely buy them again.

The box showed up a little dented and I definitely had a mini heart attack when I saw it, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. Not the prettiest delivery moment ever, but no real damage done!

They sorted it out without making it a whole thing or asking loads of random questions, which I really appreciated. It felt easy and human, not like those copy paste replies you usually get. I’d definitely order again just because of how they handled it. Nice when a brand don’t make you chase them.

I just wish the stock was more reliable because it’s disappointing getting excited about something and then not being able to get it.

The annoying part was waiting on the refund, because it took longer than I expected. I did contact customer service and they replied eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I got transferred around before getting a proper answer, which was frustrating. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it would be a lot better if refunds were processed faster and support was a bit more direct.
